Product Description

Women plastic shoe last is a core shoe making mould specially developed by MINGTENG for mass production of women's finished shoes. This shoe last is widely applicable to shoe factories, footwear processing workshops and customized shoe brands, serving the forming, lasting and shaping procedures of ladies casual shoes, flat shoes, slip-on shoes, daily walking shoes and light formal footwear. As the core shaping tool that determines the shoe's toe shape, instep radian, heel height and overall wearing comfort, our shoe last adopts mature mold opening technology and strict size calibration to guarantee high consistency of each batch of products.

The whole shoe last is made of high-strength wear-resistant modified engineering plastic material, which effectively solves the common problems of ordinary shoe lasts such as easy cracking, bending deformation and fast wear after repeated use. Compared with traditional wooden shoe lasts, it features waterproof, moisture-proof, anti-corrosion and long service life, and will not expand or shrink due to environmental humidity change.
A built-in metal threaded insert hole is reserved at the heel position, which can be perfectly matched with automatic lasting machines, hand-operated shoe stretching equipment and shoe repair tools. The metal hole will not slip thread or fall off during frequent clamping and pulling, greatly improving the stability of assembly line operation. Multiple positioning nail holes are pre-set on the side of the shoe last, which is convenient for workers to fix the shoe upper during manual shoe making and improve production efficiency.
